On my subscribestar page, I have a short story I came up with a long time ago, now. It's an Earth-based, Pern-inspired universe, with a dollop of the Primeval TV series in the UK. I hasten to add that this was written long before I knew of the Primeval series! :)

Elf music

Hi again, anybody!

The channel I mentioned in my last post never ceases to amaze. Another of their tracks is a setting of The Song of Beren and Luthien. This song is so exquisite, it's like musical paracetamol - it has a miraculous ability to lift my mood and deaden any bad stuff going on.
This isn't the only elf-themed song - there are a series of 3 devoted to Earendil, as well! They have others devoted to Boromir and Hobbits, and a set of devotional settings of Easter and Christmas hymns.

I have just discovered a choir channel called Clamavi de Profundis. Their vision of Tolkien's legendarium is so good, I'm sure The Professor himself would heartily approve!
One of my favourits tracks is the Song of Durin. Listen, and be transported!
